Andrea C. Rodriguez is President of Bridgepoint Advisory Group, where she leads strategy, client engagements, and practice development. She advises owners and leadership teams of small and mid-sized businesses, nonprofits, developers, and public agencies on the financial and operational systems that let an organization grow without losing control of it. Bridgepoint's work covers strategy, financial management and funding, operations and governance, real estate and development, and AI systems and automation.

Andrea advises from an operator's seat. She co-founded Stellar Management Services, a residential property management company, and serves as its Property Manager, running its reporting, compliance, technology, and vendor systems. As a partner and Developer and Director of Operations at Capital City Development Group, she manages operations and compliance for an infill housing developer, from contracts and permitting to lender documentation. She is also active in private real estate lending. Clients get advice that has already been tested in businesses she runs herself.

Her career rests on more than a decade of senior finance and operations leadership with mission-driven organizations in New York City. As Director of Finance and Administration at Lineage Project, she held responsibility for multi-year operating budgets, government and foundation funding compliance, human resources, and payroll, and wrote the organization's fiscal policy and procedures manual. As Operations Manager at Clinical Directors Network, she managed operating budgets exceeding $10 million and helped secure $5 million in federal research funding.

Clients and colleagues know Andrea for turning complex work into clear processes and accountable teams. She is a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University.
